An absolutely fantastic place to wind-down and relax, which is exactly what we were after!
The unit has all of the creature comforts you could wish for. Nice open plan layout, an excellent A/C system when it got too hot, a large deck outfront to prop up on and watch the sunset, and a fully self contained kitchen... which we did not feel the need to use at all given all of the excellent local restaurants within a 5 minute stroll.
Great beach out front (cleanest & quietest beach we found during our stay) and we also loved the infinity pool at the top of the complex overlooking the bay which was a great spot to relax, read, and have a couple of drinks.
All of the staff were very friendly and we found the maid service and in particular the laundry service offered very helpful.
300 Baht for a scooter will get you anywhere else on the island you need to go, with Kata, Karon, & Patong only a short drive away.
All in all we loved our stay and couldn't recommend it any higher!

We recently stayed at Seaview Residence in Kata Noi. The apartment is immaculate and has everything you could need while on holiday. The view from the deck is fantastic, and is a great spot for a couple of wines watching the sunset.

Very comfortable, modern and spacious apartment, decorated with style! Stunning views, nice and tranquil surroundings, fantastic pool with the waterfall and tropical garden, only short walk to the cosy beach, friendly service.

Apartment is both spacious & comfortable. View from the balcony amazing. Roof top pool makes you feel like you are living like a millionaire. Close to quiet cafe strip, beach & the sensational Mom Tri's restaurant. Away from the hustle of Kata & Karon. Professional maid service always returning to a spotless apartment. Couldn't recommend Sea View any higher. 5 star value for money for a truly relaxing holiday experience

Kata Noi is still a secluded little haven a world away from Patong and even nearby Kata Beach. Seaview Residences is a very comfortable apartment within 5 minutes walk from everything you'd need for a very relaxing holiday.
Caution : make sure that you are not the victim of a potential scam. Beware of prices which seem too low to be true and be extremely cautious with foreign ads.
